The Robert K. Greenleaf Center's emphasis, 'Servant leader's ten characteristics,' was made in to the Bible study teaching material, 'Do as I have done for you.'  The teaching material was aimed at the participants who wanted to attend the Ames Korean United Methodist Church small group leadership class.  'A Bible study for servant leadership as lay leadership training program' was successfully executed.  In order to measure the effect on the lay leader training program, the first program of participants completed an assessment of the program.  In order to measure the awareness of changes as a servant leader, the second program of participants completed another assessment. Jung's dream analysis methods to unfold Jesus' parables in ways that encourage emotional and spiritual healing for parishioners in a pastoral counseling setting.  Three aspects of Jung's dream analysis -- amplification, compensation, and context -- provided the framework for the creation of the Dreaming Parables Guide.  The method of study followed a Sunday morning adult Bible class for eight weeks using the guide to explore Jesus' parables. It is a ministerial tool used to address the lack of Bible study curriculum for college and university students.  The theological framework is provided by validating the ecclesial nature of campus ministry, which is the context for the ministerial tool, and by examining the role of biblical narrative.  The linkage to story is done by examining some different contexts in which story plays a role.  This served to develop paradigms for the Bible studies.
