The author suggests a Wesleyan ecclesiology (orthodoxy, orthopraxis, and orthopathy) and an intercultural competence framework for the design of an introductory curriculum for pastors and lay leaders. The data obtain through survey, face-to-face consultation and pilot testing has resulted in the creation of a intercultural competency 101 curriculum that provides specific skills in a cross-racial and cross-cultural ministry in the Latino context. This model will assist Chinese clergywomen overcoming resistance by mutual support.  Through biblical, historical, social, and theological reflections, the study reaffirms women's leadership and their cross-cultural ministry.  Through case studies, the researcher compared four Chinese clergywomen's situations with two other ethnic minority clergywomen's groups.  The theological basis of this project is John Wesley, Pui-lan Kwok and other Chinese feminist theologians.  A survey was conducted on the acceptance of Chinese clergywomen. Recruitment difficulties and on-site conditions resulted in the omission of key elements in the leadership style of the team leader. Through a project of developing a Bible study, proposing a retreat, organizing a Korean culture night, participating in a joint worship service and fellowship, celebrating a joint Christmas cantata, and publishing to witness for Jesus Christ, the Living Well United Methodist Church was well developed as a bilingual model church in the Korean American community.
