The writer will develop an effective leadership model that empowers young adults to assume leadership roles within a reasonable timeframe in comparison to the present paradigm. The research will address the overall history and social climate of the church as its relates to the current leadership model. Within the context of the congregation this writer serves, he sought to structure a conversation among young adults currently active within the church and those without through surveys and interviews.
