In chapter 1, he approaches the biblical understanding of the image of God. In chapter 2, he studies the recovery of the Church community through Koinonia, and Diakonia. In addition, he tries to change the inferiority complex that the church communities and individuals face into a sense of superiority by dealing with individual psychology of Adler. This final paper explores laughter as a way of seeing, comedy as a method of telling the truth, and salvation through a sense of humor. God instills human beings with laughter, gives a sense of humor for salvation, and gifts believers with Easter laughter. The author interviewed 14 leaders of diverse congregations in the Twin Cities. The author also used exercises in intercultural competence in three congregational gatherings and interviewed 20 members of the congregation. The study briefly examines the historical origins of Episcopal sisterhoods.  It goes on to describe how religious life is lived today through a participant-observation study of three women's communities.  The study concludes that the twenty-first century may represent an important re-founding period in the history of Episcopal women's religious communities.  Recommendations for areas of further study are identified. This project paper extensively references the 1990 'Common Statement: The One Mediator, The Saints, and Mary,' the outcome of the official United States Lutheran-Catholic dialogue.
