The church consists of three distinct \r\ncongregations—Cantonese, Mandarin, and English—each shaped by unique cultural, linguistic, and generational identities. Although doctrinally unified, these congregations have historically functioned in parallel, reflecting relational fragmentation common in diaspora church contexts. Using a qualitative intervention design, the project examined the impact of a jointly organized Chinese New Year outreach initiative. Data were collected through pre-event focus groups, participant observation, and post-event focus groups. The findings indicate that language and leadership culture serve as primary boundary markers; however, participation in shared mission significantly reduced relational distance and increased mutual trust. The outreach functioned as a Third Space, temporarily flattening hierarchical and generational divides and fostering practical interdependence. Theologically interpreted through Ephesians 2, 1 Corinthians 12, Acts 2, and diaspora missiology, the study argues that unity in immigrant churches is sustained not through structural proximity but through outward-facing participation in the Missio Dei. Sustainable unity requires adaptive leadership, intercultural competence, structural integration, and repeated shared mission. This research demonstrates that linguistic diversity can become a missional asset when reoriented around shared vocation."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["admin_set/default-default-approving","admin_set/default-default-depositing","admin_set/default-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Default Admin Set"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["dminadmin@tiu.edu"],"_version_":1866556061035528192,"timestamp":"2026-05-29T20:29:35.542Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2026-05-29T20:17:01Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2026-05-29T20:17:03Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"ac9608a6-7319-4104-8803-2ab2cd84a354","accessControl_ssim":["fd870b80-d997-41e2-8950-732f78d031a5"],"depositor_ssim":["dminadmin@tiu.edu"],"depositor_tesim":["dminadmin@tiu.edu"],"title_tesim":["From Felt Needs to Passing on Faith: A Study of Ministry Among First-Generation Immigrant Chinese Emerging Adult Christians in the Metro Detroit Area"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2026-05-29T20:17:01Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2026-05-29T20:17:01Z","isPartOf_ssim":["admin_set/default"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["c5601908-4508-4ffb-a059-6d8eabaa5a41"],"hasLease_ssim":["85ca325a-f1f5-4ecf-9c65-27c7c41faab3"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Trinity International University"],"year_tesim":["2026"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. To contribute to more effective ministry among young adults, this project examined the church-related experiences of Chinese immigrant believers aged 22–40 in the Metro Detroit area, with particular attention to how church ministries addressed their felt\r\nneeds. This study employed surveys, direct observations, and interviews to collect both qualitative and quantitative data from the target population. Findings indicated that their most significant needs included career development, building healthy family relationships, and cultivating a meaningful relationship with God. Participants generally preferred to address these needs through self-directed learning and personal growth. Their primary concerns involved uncertainty about the future, anxiety related to major life decisions, and pressures arising from daily responsibilities. Most respondents considered themselves sufficiently mature to manage these concerns independently; only when encountering challenges beyond their capacity did they become more open to external guidance and support. Although socializing and forming friendships were not high priorities for many participants, they valued fellowship groups that offer meaningful interaction and shared interests. Effective fellowship, in their view, provided opportunities to share personal experiences, observe life examples, and receive support when needed. For most participants, church ministries have been successful in creating such fellowship environments, resulting in strong involvement, engagement, and enjoyment. However, the findings also suggested that church ministries have been less effective in helping these young adults cultivate a deeper relationship with God and in guiding them toward wholehearted commitment to Christ.\r\nThis study offered recommendations for strengthening the process of passing faith to young believers, including addressing their practical and spiritual needs, supporting their spiritual growth, and motivating them to live as committed disciples and witnesses of Christ."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["admin_set/default-default-approving","admin_set/default-default-depositing","admin_set/default-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Default Admin Set"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["dminadmin@tiu.edu"],"_version_":1866555272941535232,"timestamp":"2026-05-29T20:17:03.957Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2025-04-28T20:54:23Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2025-04-28T20:54:25Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"53d20b0d-a235-41a5-a8df-dd88989f52d8","accessControl_ssim":["f7aef61d-9096-4eba-abcd-eea9fca08e7e"],"depositor_ssim":["dminadmin@tiu.edu"],"depositor_tesim":["dminadmin@tiu.edu"],"title_tesim":["The Need for Expository Preaching in Transforming Nigerian Pentecostal Churches in Chicagoland"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2025-04-28T20:54:22Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2025-04-28T20:54:22Z","isPartOf_ssim":["admin_set/default"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["970015a7-047b-4ab4-b856-47f57563e033"],"hasLease_ssim":["5f04ac12-9097-4b07-9cf1-6489d396e089"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Trinity International University"],"year_tesim":["2025"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. The research investigates two primary questions: (1) How, if any, does expository preaching enhance understanding of Scripture? and (2) How, if any, has expository preaching influenced spiritual growth and maturity, leading to missional impact on unbelievers?\r\n\r\nUsing a mixed-methods approach, the researcher preached an expository sermon at six Nigerian Pentecostal Churches in Chicagoland and collected data through surveys (n=47), focus group interviews (n=18), and participant observation. Based on Acts 3, the sermon demonstrated proper exegesis and African Hermeneutics to ensure cultural relevance while maintaining biblical fidelity.\r\n\r\nThe research findings indicated that 72% of participants reported a deeper understanding of Scripture after experiencing expository preaching. In comparison, 98% believed regular exposure to expository sermons would aid their spiritual growth and lead to a missional impact. The research revealed that most Nigerian Pentecostal Church members had limited prior exposure to expository preaching, with many churches prioritizing prosperity theology and motivational messages over systematic biblical teaching. The study identified several challenges to implementing expository preaching in this context, including limited theological training among pastors, cultural expectations around preaching style, and structural constraints such as insufficient sermon time. The 2025 United States presidential transition coincided with the timing of the research fieldwork (January to March 2025). This event significantly impacted immigrant church attendance and research participation.\r\n\r\nThis researcher concludes that expository preaching has substantial potential to transform Nigerian Pentecostal Church Members in Chicagoland. Expository preaching would enhance biblical literacy, foster spiritual maturity, and equip the members for effective evangelism. The praxis of the study is to apply the findings to a multiethnic church planting residency in the city of St. Louis. By 2025, St. Louis plans to be the fastest growing foreign-born city in America. The God of scripture is a missionary God who created all people in his image to walk with him and learn to practice his gentle and humble heart, by faith alone, in Christ alone, so all families will be fully known through grace alone. The church in America in the last twenty-five years has experienced the largest religious shift in history toward pluralism. This rapid social change has led to isolation, spiritual pride, and loneliness. Furthermore, as the global Christian epicenter moves to the Global South, God is sending migrant ministry leaders to the American church as multiethnic church planters. This study walks with sojourners to listen, learn, love, lament, and establish migrant ministry leaders for a diaspora movement of multiethnic church planters in St. Louis. The Bible speaks to immigration from the heart of God. The three main areas of literature review for the study are: diaspora mission, multiethnic church planting, and developing culturally intelligent leaders. This study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with eleven migrant ministry leaders from various denominations in St. Louis, representing six continents. The interviews gathered data using four research questions to identify the challenges that migrant ministry leaders face as sojourners, how the four movements of God’s story of creation, fall, redemption, and restoration are lived in their ministry, the role of cultural intelligence in shaping the mature character of Christ, and how networks flourish in the immigrant communities of their city. The literature review focused on three key areas: the challenges multiethnic church planters face in rapid social change in America, the divine design of multiethnic motivations to practice the heart of Christ to love the sojourner, and the glory and affliction of those who network diaspora communities for the common good of the city. This study found three necessary components to multiethnic church planting in diaspora communities: the brokenness and beauty of diaspora mission, the glory and affliction of practicing the heart of Christ in multiethnic church planting, and the beautiful community of a diaspora network for the common good of the city. Related to these three components, this study also found that multiethnic ministry leaders face five major challenges: trust, trauma, isolation, conflict, and identity in cross cultural complexity. The Harvard study of five domains of Human Flourishing are also explored as a resource for building networked communities. The praxis of the study is to implement a residency training for migrant ministry leaders to seek the common good of the city of St. Louis by living the gospel to transform the idolatry of the city. Migrant ministry leaders multiplying whole life disciple making in beautiful community are redeeming the idols of parochial, prideful, and prejudicial attitudes. Migrant leaders are modeling humility in suffering for the American church to see the glory of the beatitudes lived as a city of ambassadors from all families of the earth. This study is a call to learn in community from the diaspora to establish apostolic church plants with five core networks and seek shalom and flourishing for the common good of the city of St. Louis."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"related_url_tesim":["https://www.covenantlibrary.org/etd/2024/Wos_Bradley_DMin_2024.pdf"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["admin_set/default-default-approving","admin_set/default-default-depositing","admin_set/default-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Default Admin Set"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["library@covenantseminary.edu"],"_version_":1829688611523526656,"timestamp":"2025-04-17T21:57:15.830Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T20:10:54Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T08:51:04Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"1ec4b676-197d-49eb-add9-019dbdd1cd96","accessControl_ssim":["e035879f-a2aa-4cde-a113-1530d913e7a5"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["La mesa campesina"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T20:10:53Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-16T23:02:51Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["f3af94c0-f43b-44b1-858b-48ba5fac71e8"],"hasLease_ssim":["87370872-c150-4008-bb96-8906da40a004"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Western Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Alvin Padilla Ph.D."],"year_tesim":["2023"],"location_tesim":["United States"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. The driving question for this project was: How could the Hong Kong background Cantonese-speaking churches in Canada embrace a new wave of Hong Kong diaspora through practicing hospitality as a journey of discipleship? This project interviewed 21 Hong Kong background Cantonese-speaking churches in Canada to draw lessons from their experience in embracing the Hong Kong wave during the period between September 2021 and May 2022. Based on the biblical exposition, a framework of “B.O.N.J.O.U.R.” (i.e., boundary, orienting our hearts and minds, nurturing a lifelong habit, juncture, open, understanding, and reframing) in conjunction with the elements of the discipleship base of the writer’s church (i.e., Word, prayer, worship and stewardship of time, finance and talents) was proposed as a criteria for evaluating our mindset and practices in embracing the migration wave. Recommendations in another framework of “P.L.O.W.” (i.e., preparation, leadership, optics and willingness) were humbly offered at the end to different churches of different sizes and different paces in welcoming the migrants from Hong Kong."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["c654e922-76d0-4427-ac29-e286b7997781"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799715655779352576,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T01:49:57.751Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T20:00:09Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T08:51:01Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"1d4e3f7b-b45a-4e6b-a0c7-a1b9f5f2398f","accessControl_ssim":["6c925f40-5c36-4493-88d8-dde2145fd5db"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Servant leadership in Burmese"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T20:00:08Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-16T22:59:40Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["62c63cb3-0c0f-4195-ae10-83ecfad8d1d0"],"hasLease_ssim":["4713da75-c78a-4915-abec-85c81b607451"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Western Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Kyle J. In a church steeped in a culture led by dictators for generations, the pastor can quickly become an authoritarian figure. However, in light of the gospel, all who follow Jesus ought to become servants. This project asserts and tests that servant leadership is a key factor between Burmese Christians and congregations in the USA as they work to understand the challenges of immigrant life. This project is a case study that will look at the current situation in Burma through the eyes of Christian immigrants to the USA. The aim is to focus on leadership for Burmese immigrant congregations to understand the changes that have happened, to use biblical theology to understand that leadership, how it has changed, and how it must keep changing in a healthier direction."],"license_tesim":["https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/"],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"related_url_tesim":["https://repository.westernsem.edu/xmlui/handle/1866/10523"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Western Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["c24f9e0f-f5f0-45a3-b7f1-6a406c6902fb"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791135437791690752,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T08:51:04.227Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T19:59:39Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T08:05:33Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"992cef83-cf60-47f3-a974-71084f9d67de","accessControl_ssim":["38958305-029e-48b8-89b9-19abf5662896"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Training Members of New Life Gospel Church in Keller, Texas to Understand the Love of God for Sustained Spiritual Growth"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T19:59:38Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T02:36:42Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["b6cdc7ff-ca43-4791-b0a7-2dc7750ab175"],"hasLease_ssim":["0bd25960-15e7-4605-a586-ed3839fcaece"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Coleman Ford Ph.D."],"year_tesim":["2022"],"location_tesim":["United States","Texas"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. The situation was analyzed through biblical research, historical review, and theoretical study. The analysis revealed that the Christians of NLGC Keller were still living in a state of spiritual war. Then, the project was designed to focus on solving this issue through ongoing heart transformation by the love of God. The project is called “heart transformation project.” Only God’s love can transform the heart. Therefore, Christians’ hearts must be put into the circulation of God’s love. The argument is whether God’s love can continue transforming Christians’ hearts. If Christians’ hearts can continue transforming through receiving and giving God’s love in the love-circulating system, the church will certainly grow up sustainably. Focusing on heart transformation, the project can be utilized as a discipleship training program. Through the process of transformation by God’s love, Christians are expected to grow up quickly to become acceptable to God after His own heart."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["b2ad2862-737d-4dde-8145-b9b6962ac5f3"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791132577337180160,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T08:05:36.285Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T19:55:15Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T07:26:24Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"306da970-2500-4391-908b-49bec9e61ee5","accessControl_ssim":["f28fbe4b-a170-4fad-8850-fa3973c7180c"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Leadership Lessons On Form And Function From Pastors Of Large Chinese Churches In North America"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T19:55:15Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-16T23:32:34Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["ec37be25-b3f4-4a58-ac97-476962529247"],"hasLease_ssim":["03fbc26d-4812-46d6-902b-710ec43d5487"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Dallas Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Bob Rowley D.Min.","Brian Lam D.Min."],"year_tesim":["2022"],"resource_type_tesim":["Dissertation"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Shih-Ju Chang"],"subject_tesim":["Church renewal","Asian Americans","Church growth","Assimilation of new church members","Church work with immigrants"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["For the past four decades, Chinese churches in North America have seen rapidgrowth as Chinese immigrants emigrated to North America. One of the issues contributing to the dilemmas we face is what to do about immigration. Society is torn between polarized views coming from both sides of the political spectrum, which has affected the Christian community as well. Initial research showed that the Church of God of Prophecy issued a short but biblically sound resolution on this subject in 2008, but little, if anything, has been published since then. Our silence as a denomination leaves us looking like we are hiding our heads in the sand. This thesis seeks to address this issue by correcting some of the misinformation circulating in the media while answering the question, “Who is my neighbor, and what constitutes authentic expressions of Christlike love and hospitality when it comes to welcoming and ministering to ‘strangers and foreigners’ who live in our midst?” The methodology is based on Richard Osmer’s four tasks of practical theology and includes both a survey of church leaders and interviews with immigrants. The research draws from history, political and social sciences, and theology to guide the church in shaping an accurate view of the immigration crisis while developing a biblically sound response to the issue. The goal is to open the door for honest conversation on the issue, develop a plan of action for ministering to the “strangers” in our midst, and ensure that our ministerial praxis is marked by authentic love for all people."],"license_tesim":["https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/"],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"related_url_tesim":["https://repository.westernsem.edu/xmlui/handle/1866/10242"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Western Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["c24f9e0f-f5f0-45a3-b7f1-6a406c6902fb"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791135718567837696,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T08:55:31.996Z","score":1.0}],"facets":[{"name":"resource_type_sim","items":[{"value":"D.Min.
