Be that as it may, would a certain deathless life be truly happy? The human being is an existence that ultimately ends up dying. The Bible offers two perspectives on interpretation of death: (1) Death is a natural process of life under God's creation order. (2) Death is the consequence of sin. Although death is irresistible, only if we reflect on and prepare will for, it may turn out to be of dignity - even further, of beauty. This study aims to help Christian believers who will someday meet the process of dying to reflect on the truth that death is not an object of fear and horror, and on how precious a human life allowing us to be living only once appears to be, by which, in turn, all Christians can be guided to living a happy life. Lastly, in addition, this is purposed, by virtue of education, to ensure spiritual reinforcement in their hope and assurance for the Kingdom of God."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5a6e4a36-5801-4bff-8e61-86d7489efb4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791125207677665280,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T06:08:28.030Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T18:09:21Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T03:22:57Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"b0461511-6b4d-4b4f-8b09-f1573d23ae91","accessControl_ssim":["fe813853-db8a-4c25-b2bd-1db0db5f4e03"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["A Study of the Unity of the Church in Diversity by Acceptance of the Various Spiritual Forms as Expressed by Paul in 1 Corinthians 12 Focusing on the Experience of Various Prayers"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T18:09:18Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T03:12:58Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["2a6d403f-60e8-4d80-b391-6b1d01417eef"],"hasLease_ssim":["71e020fa-773d-40b3-8a33-f3a98192d8d0"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Jayhoon Yang"],"year_tesim":["2018"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. Intercultural competency is one of the leadership tools that offer a greater awareness of the contextual and cultural realities of people, practices and behaviors. Intercultural competency can serve as an intervention of hope in the life of the church. Those intercultural and adaptive leaders can become a missional force of Jesus Christ while creating a discipleship path connecting with more people, young people and more diverse people for the sake of the gospel."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5a6e4a36-5801-4bff-8e61-86d7489efb4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799719562888871936,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T02:52:03.861Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T18:08:28Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T01:59:53Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"2c46b403-d15c-4ff9-a093-fc747d7447ba","accessControl_ssim":["f5051c7c-93aa-4e23-a7f5-99f7465b5a11"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Discerning the Next Step Helping Struggling Churches Find Their Way"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T18:08:28Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-16T23:25:28Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["374afc08-9e22-4bac-90e7-6f7e0b385847"],"hasLease_ssim":["f408e5d9-4ad2-4816-9113-e31f998db741"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["F Douglas Powe"],"year_tesim":["2018"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. Phase two of these ministries include the addition of a rotating Friday night contemporary worship service at the same non-church locations where the weekday meetings will be held. Three goals are the foundation of this Doctor of Ministry equipping project. The first goal is to research addiction recovery in order to identify group facilitation skills. The second goal is to develop a curriculum to equip selected addiction-recovery ministry leaders in east Mississippi, in group facilitation skills. The third and final project goal is to equip selected addiction-recovery ministry leaders in east Mississippi, in group facilitation skills.
