The purpose of this research is to validate this assumption. A medium/small Chinese Christian Church in North America was chosen to conduct this research. Besides these two tools, one on one interviews were also conducted with some key leaders of that church. Following the pattern of four approaches in diaspora missiology: missions to the diaspora, missions through the diaspora, missions by/beyond the diaspora, and missions with the diaspora, both quantitative and qualitative data of the three selected North American congregations in mission ministries had been collected by a combination of multiple approaches. In this qualitative study of one particular congregation, the vital relationship between the praxis of evangelism and how we understand Christian identity will be examined.  A brief survey in the Gospel narratives will be offered to observe the role of Jesus' identity in his ministry and evangelistic witness.  A theological review of the modern reductionism of the gospel and the praxis of evangelism in North America will lead toward a renewed biblical framework for each, rooted in the reign of God. The author researched many challenges unique to the Chinese women in North America because these are the places the women of the church are at; they are also the very places where the women can begin to minister to other women outside the church. The author encouraged the women in the church to first affirm, know themselves, and focus on their personal growth. Then, they are exhorted to participate in the Great Commission. Drawing on the insights of family systems theory, particularly the concept of self-differentiation, the project focuses on the experiences of North American Mennonites, who in many ways have integrated into the surrounding culture but are still strongly influenced by the theology and practices of their tradition.
