The project director developed curriculum based on seven interpersonal relationship skills which research for the project revealed as key to promoting healthy team dynamics. The project director expanded these interpersonal relationship skills into a training curriculum and enlisted and trained a group of leaders in a workshop held over four weeks. I used a five point Likert scale survey questionnaire. Forty-five participants completed the survey that consisted of 35 questions. The data revealed the participants' willingness to support the start of a reentry program. However, the data also revealed there are some doubts about the facility and availability of funds. This research was held in January 2009. During this phase the author wrote and mailed invitational letters to pastors and churches to participate in her research. Based upon the response and support she received from the invitational letter the end results yielded one leadership team which was represented during the entire research.  A workshop and seminar was held at a selected church within the county once a month. The author's personal interviews were designed to identify the various stages of the HIV/AIDS virus and to assess the family needs. The ends results yielded that, as persons progress with the HIV/AIDS virus, the greater the need and care is required by the family. Personal participation in missions has been missing in many traditional South Carolina Baptist churches. There is a need to shift to a new paradigm of doing missions.  A growing number of South Carolina Baptist churches have implemented a partnership strategy--resulting in greater involvement among the congregation.  The methodology used in this field research was a case study involving six churches.  These churches had little missions involvement until adopting the partnership strategy.
