The project director aimed to explore the leadership development strategies of other churches across the United States in order to determine viable models. He examined existing, basic strategy planning processes in order to identify effective practices. The praxis director undertook to preach a sermon series through Leviticus, and to lead a ten-person focus group through a training seminar of Leviticus, utilizing curriculum he developed.
