Teaching methods included: storytelling, lectures, handouts, questionnaires, journaling, discussion, memorization, creating hand motions, play, art, music, drama, and Scripture reading. The dependent variable in this project was the effectiveness of the confirmation program in meeting the identified core ministry value. The researcher concluded that the following independent variable had no statistical significance on effectiveness: primary goal of the confirmation program, geographic location of the church, class size, length of confirmation program, age student began confirmation, confirmation teacher's philosophy of education, and curriculum used. The session members agreed upon goals for the confirmation class and learned how those goals were used to design the course.  The members were challenged to assess the confirmands' progress by viewing online reflections, meeting with the confirmands weekly, and guiding the writing of personal statements of faith in the final class. The 'Parable of the Sower' model will help do this.  Process:  Students were exposed to biblical stories and reflected upon them in light of the fifth petition of the Lord's Prayer in connection with Jesus' post-resurrection appearance command (John 20:23).  Changes in their answers to the same questions before and after the process were evaluated. The project presents a holistic model that is inclusive of the entire faith community, supported by historical, theological, and educational research. A confirmation inventory examines how this proposal would be received within church congregations. Evaluation demonstrates a strong desire to reform confirmation to include repeatable baptismal affirmation opportunities at every age. At the beginning of the course students asked questions of God.  These questions were used to structure a curriculum, based on the Bible and life experiences, to answer the questions.  The students were tested at the end of this study to compare what they had learned to what they knew before.  Stage 3 level students benefitted from this
