H. Henrys' life and thoughts serve as the focal point for an analysis of the relationship of 'revival' and 'renewal of the mind.' The relationship is examined biblically, theologically, and historically. The results are then applied to Henry's life and works for evidence regarding the hypothesis of its proxy that faith and reason are related. It is concluded that the biblical, theological, and historical dimensions of the relationship are coherent and consistent with Henry's life and works. Findings include the critical nature of a 'safe' nonjudgmental community in explorations of faith questions and of an intellectual element that challenges and stimulates their faith.
