First, the project presents the goals and defines the subjects of endowment and the Cooperative Program.  Secondly, it considers a biblical perspective of the Cooperative Program and endowing ministry.  Thirdly, it examines the history of the Cooperative Program and church endowment.  Fourthly, each step of the project is presented beginning with the selection of churches and continuing through the project until concluding with the formal presentation. This ministry research model will include: a rationale for a mentor-enabled assimilation process; an explanation of how to implement the plan in a local church; a description of the qualifications of mentors and how to enlist and train them; four representative lessons of a twelve-lesson curriculum; and a teaching plan for the mentors for each of the included four lessons. Six pastors were trained over a twelve-week period.  Each pastor completed an identical pre-test and post-test to measure progress.  Five chapters address context and goals, theology of pastoral leadership, business perspectives on teamwork, project implementation, and project results.
