The author responded and asserted that evangelization among the Wasukuma requires an inculturation process which engages dialogue between the gospel and the culture. Through utilization of the practical theology method and qualitative research methods, the author correlated the Christian tradition, theological scholarship, the lived experiences of the people, and his experience in ministry, and proposed a liturgical inculturation of the eucharistic celebration. As the research subject, I then applied these identified practices to my itinerant ministry. It relates the journey of an established white congregation reaching out to its diverse neighbors with Christ's love and bringing them into its fellowship. It describes five phases during those 10 years, each with its respective challenges and breakthroughs. The thesis of this paper is that this dormant potential may be fanned to life through contextualized missionary mediation, implementing a carefully conceited Experiential Missions Training (EMT) process, designed to integrate cross-cultural missions projects and inter-congregational teams with the benefits of Experiential Learning Theory (ELT).  The author draws out the principles of Experiential Missions Training through a case study of his own documented experiences of training teams of French believers from local churches in Lyon, France on missions ventures to the Kursk State University in western Russia. His conclusion is that these experiences provide enough missiological data, experience, and positive outcomes to justify the implementation of a full-orbed EMT pilot project among evangelical city churches in France, embodied in an indigenous missions sodality created for this
