The methodology is action research. Data were collected with the use of participant-observation and in-depth interview. Data were interpreted through two cycles of action research and each cycle included identifying questions, collecting data and taking possible informed action. Through these steps strategies were developed and training program designed to equip the Chinese diaspora congregations in Ukraine. Exploring this requires an understanding of personal struggles minority pastors encounter due to cultural differences, systemic barriers they encounter because of the pervasive influences of racialization in the American church, and the crucial role of the Caucasian leadership and congregants that impact the ministry of minority pastors in majority culture congregations. This study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with six minority pastors in the Presbyterian Church in America. The review of literature and analysis of the six interviews focused on three key areas that provided insights to how minority pastors overcome leadership challenges. The three areas of focus were: minority leadership challenges, organizational culture, and multicultural leadership competencies. This study found that the complexity of racialized patterns in the American church must be addressed in order to effectively overcome personal and systemic leadership challenges and thrive in majority culture congregations. The complex system of Cambridge Community Fellowship Church served as the case study for this project.  The framework for this study is provided by Eldin Villafañe's hermeneutical circle, which progresses as clarification (clarify the issue and the challenges at hand), conceptualization (applicable theological and sociological analysis), and confrontation (principles or next steps of addressing the issue).  Clarification involves examining two of the central elements of CCFC, its postmodern ethos and its emergence from the immigrant experience.  To that end, postmodern culture was studied from various angles.  Additionally, the development of second generation ethnic American identity was also studied. Conceptualization involved the movement towards developing a relevant postmodern theology applicable in the urban context. Conceptualization also involved the application of systems thinking to unpack the system of CCFC in order to address specific issues at CCFC.  Confrontation calls for the development of strategies and principles to address the various issues. The author introduces his 'kaleidoscope' image as an alternative to the 'melting pot' or 'mosaic' models. In the second Quadrennium it received greater support from the Church.  Within the Southern New England Conference a strategy was put into place in 1983.  This project focuses on that strategy and raises questions about its relevance. To determine the impact of the strategy, visits are made to ethnic centers, a structured interview is held with Bishop George Bashore and questionnaires are sent to district superintendents, pastors and lay persons.  The findings confirm the suspicions that the Priority is anything but the priority within the SNEC and that much more than a 'strategy' is needed if there is to be some sense of ownership of the Priority within the
