By law, schools offer a limited scope of sexuality in curriculum confined to relatively universal values and medical information. As a community of faith, the church has an essential voice and obligation to provide sexuality education beyond what the secular world provides tweens, youth in grades 4-7, and their parents during this crucial developmental stage. Materials on biblical, theological and historical beliefs regarding sexuality are examined to formulate Christian values. A series of three seminars on communicating sexual information are conducted for parents.
