The project design was to distribute an online survey to all East Ohio Conference dCOM members in February 2015. There were six pastors in the project. Goals were measured by a quantitative pre-assessment and a post-assessment. The pastors exposed their distortions of the truth, learned the structures of healing, and began the process of healing of deep wounds to empowered living. Findings have been analyzed according to various levels of administration which affect a United Methodist's understanding of the church's mission--the General Board of Global Ministries, the Annual Conference, the district, and the local church. Attitudes were compared to mission giving by the East Ohio Conference United Methodists from 1976-1982.
