A collaborative dissertation team developed a survey tool that tested the health of the church and also discovered pertinent growth aspects in order to find the correlation between both.  I limited my study to a random group of churches in the West Ohio Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. The system includes a comprehensive training program and subsequent ministry of pastoral supervision, and is tested with a pilot group of conflict resolution consultants. The research demonstrates the effectiveness of the system in assisting churches and church staffs in resolving conflicts.
