The purpose of this project is to train worship servants, in  order to understand the worship spirituality of a worship servant and the spirituality of a worship community that serves together and serve for effective ministry of worship.  I establish a seminar for worship servants. This project demonstrates that the ministry of worship can be used to offer church council members a more clearly focused and more richly rewarding experience of serving in leadership.
