Part of the reason for this is that evangelists trying to reach this group have not taken the time to discover much about the religious context of these young people.  The purpose of this book is to inform Westerners and Russians trained by Westerners regarding the spiritual experiences described by young Russian converts within their churches and organizations.  The book presents the central religious beliefs, understanding, attitudes and behaviors that formed the background of the young Russians prior to hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ.  In addition, it allows young Russians to describe their own experiences of the evangelistic process and to explain their experience of conversion as they understand it. The method of research used was observer/participant.  The result of this research was that women pastors have a different style of administration as compared to their male counterparts.  The pastors in this study had all been influenced by male role models in the pulpit, and by their mothers and women in the church in their methods of administration. This project thesis examined some grief models and offered adaptations for use with never-married adults. Team leaders are trained to follow Jesus' model of servant leadership and to become holistic administrators who must function effectively as managers, leaders, and stewards.  Tenets in Family Systems Theory are also used to train team leaders. What sets clergy apart is their heritage of incorporating depression into their journey of faith and the practice of ministry. The author conducted a research project on biblical accounts of despair and development of Christian thought in the concepts of accidie and dark night of the soul. The extended essay compares the decline of the American church to the five stages of death described by Kübler-Ross. The use of the liturgical year as the operative framework allowed new members to be introduced to the basic worship life of the church.  The Revised Common Lectionary provided a biblical foundation which was compared and contrasted with Congregational principles as described in Arthur Rouner's The Congregational way of life.
