The model developed for the Mount Horeb Baptist Church included two, four-hour training sessions on relational evangelism. Along with the classes, a series of sermons related to witnessing were preached to assist in the motivational process. A training manual was created. A Qualitative Enhanced Ethnographic Research Design was used. The research found that a significant sense of empowerment developed among project participants. A Tabre Women's Association of 110 women was organized to sustain the Spiritual Formation Support Circle and Sustainable Small Scale Enterprise Project.
