To accomplish this, the project needs to satisfy three requirements from the perspective of process thought. These are logical consistency, empirical applicability and adequateness, and relatedness with Christian identity. The methodology and the theoretical basis for this project are based on the analysis of human experience, the evolution of human consciousness, and the authenticity of intuitions contained in the Bible. The basic idea for this project is the contrast between the past and present consciousness of human beings from an evolutionary perspective. In the Bible, God's love causes God to create, sustain, and redeem the world. Therefore, the existence of human beings and the world is necessarily based on God's love. Two sermons are prepared as examples to apply this understanding of process theology to God in the Bible."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Claremont School of Theology"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["e7e2d3cb-fc51-4ba5-a7fd-d43f3f8c150b"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791132180997472256,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T07:59:18.306Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T09:26:05Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T08:29:32Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"3c8ac3d5-a395-46e1-9fc1-b72126776adb","accessControl_ssim":["8fce7320-6d60-410c-b1e4-7954acf511b7"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Leadership formation for building healthier congregations in Brazil"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T09:26:04Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-16T23:53:09Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["6aa26797-3c85-49a3-84bf-9d7f0a9ceba4"],"hasLease_ssim":["27b2b338-39be-42b4-9b26-26a091db253b"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Asbury Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Burrell D Dinkins"],"year_tesim":["2003"],"location_tesim":["Brazil"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Helio C Alves"],"publisher_tesim":["Asbury Theological Seminary"],"subject_tesim":["Leadership--Religious aspects--Christianity","Methodist Church","Church growth"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["The purpose of this study was to discover the importance of leadership formation for building healthier congregations in Brazil. The study integrates the findings of an evaluation of this second ceremony with a transition framework to demonstrate that the ceremony is an important resource for a healthy transition process."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Miscellaneous"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["4f3e9d5f-fc19-4d44-a264-44b56604eb9a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799716914052726784,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T02:09:57.734Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T09:25:44Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T01:53:51Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"045e83f9-6c4d-4161-83f3-771483b34a3f","accessControl_ssim":["46fd6bde-2baf-453e-97e5-5449faa0cf11"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Developing a strategic plan to evangelize the unchurched people living in multihousing communities in Greenville, Mississippi, through Hope Community Church"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T09:25:44Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-16T22:14:43Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["89f211c8-f134-4d32-916e-aeeb2b5febb0"],"hasLease_ssim":["deb90bfd-999b-49b2-a41f-3e3c3498eff0"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Argile Asa Smith"],"year_tesim":["2004"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Kevin W Dobbs"],"publisher_tesim":["New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary"],"subject_tesim":["Church work with apartment dwellers","Hope Community Church (Greenville, Miss)","Evangelistic work","Non-church-affiliated people"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["The purpose of the project is to develop a strategic plan to evangelize unchurched people living in multihousing communities in Greenville, Mississippi, through Hope Community Church. The model outlines the procedures, through questions, exercises and reflections that will help a liberal church, which has already affirmed the right for homosexuals to participate fully in their congregation, to uncover the diversity of opinion that exists within that congregation. That diversity may include those who do not agree with every aspect of homosexuality and this model is designed to life that up and promote dialogue about it. The research method incorporates library research, interviews and questionnaires. The design of the model uses theology, current transformational models, the church context where the research is done, and reflection. The conclusions find that much more diversity exists in this liberal church than thought and that could be significant in moving the process of including homosexuals beyond a vote to an intentional, continuing process of acceptance within any church."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Claremont School of Theology"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["e7e2d3cb-fc51-4ba5-a7fd-d43f3f8c150b"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791131829603926016,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T07:53:43.191Z","score":1.0}],"facets":[{"name":"resource_type_sim","items":[{"value":"Unknown","hits":13083,"label":"Unknown"},{"value":"Dissertation","hits":46,"label":"Dissertation"},{"value":"Thesis","hits":9,"label":"Thesis"},{"value":"D.Min.
