Each member of the group signs a contract to fulfill specific prayer responsibilities. In a Saturday morning seminar and five Sunday evening sessions the group studies basic elements of prayer and use of a prayer journal. The group then divides into four teams of three members each, and the teams meet for prayer one Sunday evening a month. The group meets periodically for sharing, prayer, accountability, and evaluation.
