The model drew on Letty Russell's work in partnership and on proleptic strategic planning. Both models called for identifying vision before planning steps to get there.  As expected, partnership developed among the planners working toward a common interest. Serendipity, synergy and sharing characterized the budding partnership.  Beyond the original model, leadership that assured participation by all was important.  Clear lines of accountability, communication, and decision-making when planners reached the limits of institutional possibilities were also crucial. This project examines two critical biblical themes of human sinfulness and the principle of male domination/female submission.  Through a women's Bible study and discussion group the project investigates these themes and the women's relationship with the Bible. Three testing instruments assesed marital satisfaction while three others assessed problem-solving skills, self-esteem, and personal tendencies.
