To validate the concept of a parental blessing the project explores biblical material and recent work in behavioral sciences.  The project designs and conducts a workshop that helps participants to externalize their stories of childhood trauma and receive blessing from other group members. Three ministries played equal parts in planning and hosting three cooperative events in one semester.  Simultaneously, each ministry carried out its regular activities.  Pre-test and post-test evaluations, exit interviews, and overall participation showed that cooperation is possible.
