Their parents are engaged throughout the project in a teamwork effort with the author.  Missionary parents provide input to the author concerning methods of value instruction.  Parents meet in a workshop with the author.  The parents work with their adolescent MKs in a home-use phase for eight weeks.  The author works with the adolescent MKs in a review and enrichment phase during the same eight-week period. When the survivor fails to attend to his sexual needs and desires, he experiences this as wounding and defends against the fragmentation of his masculine self by activating his 'masculine defense,' a masculinized narcissistic defensive structure.  Empathic attunement is provided and the wounds experienced and defenses activated in relation to the survivor are interpreted in the context of the partners' own history of trauma. The thesis of this dissertation is that essential administrative tasks in churches of 150 and under can be identified, prioritized and evaluated.  A focus group of pastors identified twenty-five essential administrative tasks.  A survey instrument was designed and sent to 460 churches of 150 and under.  Approximately 133 pastors and 68 lay leaders responded to the survey and submitted data which was tabulated utilizing computer statistical analysis. Administrative strengths and weaknesses were identified. Two discussion groups (those active in the congregation) consisting of two each of the four function pairs were selected.  The sermon was preached and discussed at midweek, rewritten, preached during Sunday worship and then discussed with the second group. A group of ministers participated in a two-session investigation of form and function of the Lord's Supper.  They reflected on 1 Cor 10:14-22 and 11:17-34 and various liturgical forms from the Didache to Keith Watkins' model of communion service.  The study determined a need for changes in the standard liturgy.
