This project defines the biblical and organizational theory assumptions that undergird the discovery processes, defines the processes, then implements them.  The project was successful in meeting its goals and objectives but resulted in chaos breaking out in the church with the pastor becoming its chief victim. Pastoral counseling was presented in the language of the conservative, Pentecostal church with an examination of the history of pastoral counseling movement, the Church of God, and a display of biblical counseling as it reflects upon psychology and the verbal inspiration of the biblical text.  A close look at the conservative vs liberal theological conflict of the pastoral counseling movement is examined.  It is research designed with a practical workshop that explains the pastoral counseling movement to the local church with information on developing a local church counseling center and the step-by-step process involved. Each unit contains a group discussion guide.  The material can be used in nine individual sessions or in a retreat setting.  The research of the project was carried out during work with hundreds of people involved in ministry at Friendship Chapel in Jenison, Michigan.  The second set of three study units presents a psychological explanation for diversity in the church based on the personality type theory of Carl G Jung.  The final three study units present applications of psychological type theory to three areas of significant diversity in the church. The objective of the project is to propose that the most effective approach in the theological education of Korean pastors (or English as a second language) is one using current programs in the context of the language and culture as part of the mission strategy in the metropolitan New York area.  The project leader used the pretest and posttest to identify the needs and provide action plans for the needs.  The emphasis here is to provide training using the current programs offered and not to create new programs. As an agent of the church, the Catholic school shares the Church's mission of passing on the faith to youth.  Maturing in faith is both a personal and a communal journey.  Personal maturity in faith is nurtured and reached through community. In the educational environment this occurs when there is collaboration between leadership and board members.  This study sought to assist local administrators to become transformational leaders who will initiate a program and process to strengthen boards.  The result illustrated that the attitudes and skills of transformational leadership are needed to create any effective and participative group. This meant providing tools to assist people to envision the nature and function of the church and then to formulate a plan to assist believers in increased participation in the ministry of the church in the power of the Holy Spirit. Twenty-eight members attended the two-day training session. The result was that participants recognized the need and committed to more personal involvement in ministry. Two sample small groups were used for the ten-week project: a pilot group and a parallel group.  The pilot group consisted of seven members who were secured through private invitation. The parallel group's involvement was limited to taking the same pretest and posttest as the pilot group.
