The examples of church planting, leadership training, church growth, and government relationships in the history are then compared and contrasted with current missiological writings in those areas. The project consists of twelve lesson plans developed around the church's ministry values.  The lessons were taught to the board of elders and a pilot group. Following the seminar, participants read the seminar manual and interacted with a partner to suggested questions.  Results varied according to the interaction with another person.
