Not only are responses given from active Christian teachers, but opinions from selected Christian education writers are shared concerning social dimensions of learning. A one-year timeframe was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the model which encourages clergy to find a point of balance in ministry, specifically in light of theology of self-care. Faith as understood by the church has always been implicitly developmental but only in recent times have we made it explicit.
