The systems approach provided a significant shift in perception about the congregation, which enabled the pastor to bring positive action to a very difficult situation. Finally, prayers from literature and the arts, mass meetings, music, and devotions/worship experiences were cited. Two main elements directed this search: four special 'period' worship services, and an 'experimental' service (focused on a potential future worship style). The Anglican Church has made requests for CMSA to provide personnel and resources to enable it to reach out to those of non-English-speaking backgrounds.  The thesis provides a statistical overview of the changing composition of the Australian population and an historical reflection on missionary efforts over the past two hundred years among the indigenous population. The theological underpinning for any mission activity is explored along with the theological blockages to mission endeavor. Implementation began with a fourteen-week seminar encouraging increased awareness and appreciation for personality and gifts as part of one's calling.  The MBTI helped people discover their personality gifts.
