This project, conducted at St Mark United Methodist Church, Springfield, Ohio, developed a process to help the congregation determine its identity and purpose and to evaluate fairly its potential ministry. It addressed the problem through a process of self-assessment. The candidate provided leadership through collaboration and analysis. As a result of the process the congregation was able to develop a statement of mission and to identify new directions and possibilities for its ministry."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["United Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["f0f9c284-37b6-440c-96ab-39e6509e82ee"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791129125449105409,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T07:10:44.308Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-11T23:24:56Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T06:53:23Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"3a68f5f9-e9a5-4052-bad9-207418d68bf3","accessControl_ssim":["fe323589-f8e3-4a78-b1ae-d645a4a919a7"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Spiritual formation within the small group"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-11T23:24:56Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-16T23:49:30Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["de71dd62-e804-4915-b43a-91544e25be56"],"hasLease_ssim":["928dc487-c8c4-44f0-abac-b4dbbfacf3e4"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["United Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Irvin Wesley Batdorf"],"year_tesim":["1986"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["William W Atkins"],"publisher_tesim":["United Theological Seminary (OH)"],"subject_tesim":["First United Methodist Church (Wellsville, NY)","Spiritual formation","Narrative theology","Attitude (Psychology)--Religious aspects","Church group work"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["The project describes the process of spiritual formation in a small group.
