The most disturbing facts of the termination data are the reasons cited. Since 1983 the most-reported reasons for termination are not moral failure (lying, stealing, sexual immorality), false teaching, or any other violation of biblical qualifications, but rather nonspecific reasons such as control issues, pastor's leadership style too strong/weak, or decline in membership. The design of this project was to employ an online survey that utilized a seven point Likert Agreement scale to determine the spiritual condition of the surveyed. The result of the discovery was that the Church of God clergy have an overall compliance factor of 6.03 in their general adherence to the Practical Commitments. Following the Ministry Skill Enhancement Model, the project director researched the biblical basis of the invitation, identified elements of biblically-based invitations, and analyzed various models of the invitation in order to identify invitational models that support elements of biblically-based invitations. The project director developed and preached a series of sermons that incorporated biblical models of the invitation. Additionally, the project director utilized an expert evaluator and a sixteen-member evaluation group to evaluate the developmentd and delivery of the sermons and their invitations. Many evangelical churches struggle to integrate fuller expressions of creativity and art into their worship spaces and services. Many artists in these congregations remain on the sidelines, and churches that persist in one-dimensional communication become less intelligible to the world. The study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with seven liturgical artists. It also surveyed literature from biblical material, art history, liturgical aesthetics, and creativity. The study employed qualitative research methods and used a semi-structured protocol to interview six demographically diverse pastors.
