Though church planting efforts have increased since the fall of the Berlin Wall, little fruit is evidenced. What are the best practices of healthy church plants in Poland, and what can be learned from them? From nine churches deemed healthy, had been planted since 2005, and had grown to more than 50 in attendance were selected as case study churches. Church health was assessed based on the four-selves model of self-propagating, self-governing, self-supporting, and self-theologizing. As a result of the research, a greater understanding of the soteriological issues and the various biblical interpretations was gained. The data was then compiled into a format that is easy to understand and engage. Modern teaching resources which have proven to be effective in training students were employed in developing the new curriculum. The purpose was to confirm spiritual life factors enabling this population to thrive in their lives and ministry. In this concurrent mixed-methods study, 227 participants completed quantitative survey items and 32 participants responded to a qualitative interview schedule.  Spiritual vitality, evidenced through qualitative findings, was summarized as an outcome of a personal relationship with the triune God that is evident through the Christ-like qualities of a missionary who is resilient in the face of hardship. The model proposed that ministry activities iterate through four steps: continual feedback, communal reflection, specific action, and effective adjustment. Participants took part in a fourteen-week mindfulness attention skills training group discernment practice program. A paired-samples t-test determined that no statistically significant change occurred in sex-role identification in the posttest. The researcher conducted a phenomenological study to determine the effects of a twelve-week training on time management as a practice of discernment. With-God Time Management included training in discernment, time management best practices, as well as utilization of Sabbath and leisure. The project director developed a 'Life Application Preaching Annotated Bibliography' and a 'Life Application Preaching Best Practices' document. The project director then developed a four-week sermon series and preached the sermons at Warrior Chapel, Baghdad, Iraq, where the project director serves as the Baghdad Diplomatic Support center Chaplain. The project gathered a select group of subject matter experts to evaluate his sermons. The researcher presents a historical case study in which he examined biblical, theological and missiological foundations for indigenous church planting. He then presented the historical narrative of the Christian \u0026 Missionary Alliance work in Guinea from 1918 to 2005.
