This project develoepd a faith-based strategy to equip ministers with knowledge of crisis ministry and how it will affect them.  The training offers information and skill sbaout caring for themsleves and others in crisis.   During the immediate crisis response, the State Board of Missions provided intervention specialists to come alongside the ministers for support.  When the effects of the stress seem to be hampering the minster's  overall well-being the intervention specialist refers to mental health professionals for more definitive care.  Followiong th eimmediate crisis minstry, the State Board of Missions offered pastoral care services and a retreat for the purpose of renewal and recovery in a group setting. The author summarized the principles of questioning by analyzing the questions and dialogues between the Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and human beings. Based on this research, the author designed a set of practical questioning methods tailored for Christian devotion, small-group Bible studies, Biblical teaching and preaching, as well as evangelizing and pastoral counseling. This qualitative dissertation utilizes interdisciplinary archival research integrating theology, history of mission in the Middle East, diaspora studies, and anthropology to assess the role of relational networks in sending exogenous missionaries through diaspora ministries to Muslims. Arab culture operates on a web of formal and informal relational networks. The reason for the conflict is that western missionaries insist on western mode of Christianity, which overlooks Taiwanese religious culture and spirit. He  raised contextualization as the basis for articulating Gospel and missionary work.  It applied Dr. Enoch Wan's theory of Sino-Theology, which developed Relational Trinity,  on Taiwan's context and through Taiwanese history, culture and mind set to communicate the Gospel.
