The area of discipleship used to test this means of teaching was evangelism.  Each online class session included video teaching and follow-up questions that were answered in an online forum. The outcome of the study was determined by comparing the results of each participant's pre-test and post-test. The author sought to identify the needs of worship leaders within the Chinese-speaking church, to help students understand biblical mandates and instructions regarding the use of music in worship, and then guide them in using those principles to both evaluate material from other cultures and develop material grounded in and suitable to their own. The author constructed a curriculum to these ends and taught it at various Mandarin-speaking churches around the world beginning in 2005. The research described the inherent hazards of working within this ministry. A quantitative survey was sent to every officer serving in the Southern Territory to understand their felt needs. The research showed that children, emotional problems, and administrative expectations were at the top felt needs. The results also demonstrated that officers were hesitant to reach out to the administration because of fear of negative consequences. This thesis-project shows that the Bible presents a model of preaching that is appropriate to every age and culture. The purpose concerned understanding the state of spiritual formation practices among the missionaries as well as discerning the measure of influence they exert on the three aforementioned dimensions of missionary life. The project utilized the Spiritual Well Being Scale developed by Ellison and Paloutzian and a researcher-designed instrument to gather the information for statistical analysis and correlations. The results indicated that the practice of regular spiritual disciplines definitely influence spiritual well-being within the population of missionaries of Greater Europe Mission. However, with regard to perceived ministry effectiveness and retention, the results were mixed and only a weak relationship was indicated, which was insufficient to meet the criteria of this study for a valid correlation. The research is primarily directed towards etiology and focuses on adolescent and mass hysteria cases. This study found that individuals with Conversion Disorder seemed to experience depression-like symptoms. Furthermore, the results indicated that ongoing family and marital strife was significantly related to conversion disorder. The findings indicate a lack of conflict resolution skills to deal with the stress of the conflicts. Even simply renting a space to an Alcoholics Anonymous group in a church building is not enough.
