An estimated 1,000 English-language congregations are serving transient people all over the world. It is imperative the international church approach disciple making with its transient nature in mind.   This study investigated the nature of effective disciple making in transient communities. Four concepts were identified. Transient churches must cultivate a disciple-making ethos. Transient churches need to maintain a transient community consciousness. Intentional movement in disciple making is absolutely critical to effectiveness. Ministry leaders are likely to adopt the leadership style of unorthodox mentors if they have no formal theological education. Leaders nor formally trained are less likely to display transformational leadership behaviors. African American leaders were interviewed about higher education in their ministries. They were tested for a full range of leadership behaviors using the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. A formal theological studies education was desired but not required by the leaders interviewed. This study explored intentional clergy self-care based on the researcher's PMS model of prayer, meditation and support. Using qualitative research, a face-to-face six-week study with a clergy peer group and a secondary study using an online questionnaire were conducted.  The results showed that pastors experience greater stress in ministry than those in other ministry positions. This observation prompted this project on evangelism as an imperative redemptive mission of God for church growth. Students at Deeper Life School of Evangelism participated in focus groups about possible solutions to this problem. To resolve the problem of the lack of understanding of holiness in one's spiritual journey, a qualitative and quantitative research based on the case study method was used to triangulate the multiple data by interlinking similar themes. The objective of the research develops an innovative theory guiding pastors to preach to their congregation for spiritual advancement.   These findings provided valuable insight to the inner spiritual need of the local church body. The study resulted in the development of a spiritual transformational theory. The methodology includes a questionnaire and focus group involving tertiary level Caribbean students, as well as interviews.  The research detects a paradigm shift in core values, a technology-led change in morality and apparent breakdown in responsiveness and leadership in key social institutions, and determines that family, school, and church are still vital in transmitting wholesome values and restoring a society's moral equilibrium. It was hoped that the researcher's interactions with pastors, church leaders, and Christian social ministries in Cameroon would reveal the extent of practical ministries on behalf of the poor. Almost all the pastors and church leaders sampled knew these problems were extensive but they were not involved in programs or personal assistance for widows, orphans, or social outcasts who attend services with them on Sundays.
