The project director researched worldview and its impact on mission strategy. He further researched orality and orality-based mission strategies. He devised an equipping workshop to introduce a group of church members to the concepts of worldview and orality, and to Bible storying as a culturally appropriate orality-based mission strategy for developing house church leaders among the internally displaced people of Colombia. The project utilized several evaluative measures, including an expert-evaluated annotated bibliography, and expert critique of the lesson plans, pre- and post-workshop questionnaires, and a workshop evaluation form. The project director increased his knowledge of worldview and its implications for mission strategy. He also increased his understanding of orality and of Bible storying as a contextually-appropriate orality-based missions methodology. The project director designed this project utilizing the Strategy Planning model. The project began with the director researching a variety of disciple making methodologies. Secondly, the project director enlisted a select group of pastors, churches and convention staff, and associational workers to serve on a strategic task force. Thirdly, the director and task force developed a strategy for disciple making in an African American community church plant. A group of pastors and churches assigned to the project director participated in the project by teaching some disciple making materials to their congregations. The project director trained the participants during four instructional sessions on a Saturday. The project director also distributed additional materials for personal application. The first session of the workshop included instructing the selected members on the reason for a greeter ministry. The project director discussed biblical foundations and resources for a greeter ministry. Session two of the workshop focused on the responsibilities of the selected members for an effective greeter ministry. In the third session of the workshop, the group evaluated the comments from a 'secret worshipper' and developed a plan to enhance a guest's experience. Role-playing was utilized in the third session for the purpose of training the group. The researcher interviewed thirty Muslim-background believers living in Jordan at the time of the research. It surveys the faith stories of seven evangelical leaders and their sons from the mid-twentieth century to the present. It also surveys the canon of scripture to see how the baton of faith is passed or not passed from fathers to sons. Using an author-developed questionaire, the seven case studies were evaluated in the areas of conversion experience, subsequent challenges to faith, and relationship between fathers and sons. In addition this research examines father/son relationships through the entire canon of scripture. Chapter 1 lays out the framework for the overall project.  Chapter 2 focuses on the pertinent biblical passages which lay the foundation for the concepts of fairness in labor remuneration.  Chapter 3 provides an exhaustive literature review and thorough explanation of the survey instruments, control groups, existing statistical abstracts, and compensation studies encompassed in the project. Chapter 4 facilitates a cross-comparison of the compensation data for the three leader groups. Additionally, this chapter draws the project to a conclusion by allowing for an evaluation of how the comparative results mentioned above relate to the original project thesis. A select group of individuals were surveyed using a Likert Scale to determine their understanding of the Great Commission.  Preaching centered on the Great Commission.  Studies focused on living in obedience, the evangelism of Jesus, and on the Great Commission.  The outcome was that many individuals indicated an increased interest in sharing their faith. Yet the majority involved rejected the use of evangelism tools or participation in servant evangelism opportunities.  The best results came from a small group led by the author.  The major conclusion was that one can have a good knowledge of the Great Commission and claim an interest in sharing his/her faith.
