The project was expanded to include campus ministries within annual conferences adjacent to the state of Iowa. The research was conducted by means of survey of student participants in campus ministry and personal interview with directors of campus ministry. The results of the research show that campus ministry lacks directions and connection with annual conferences and the local church. Other areas focused on their loyalty to bosses, the importance of a company's values and social practices, and their preferences about working independently of collaboratively.     Members of an American college ministry were surveys using an online survey tool. Based on 261 surveys, 85 percent chose servant leadership as their preferred style. Could a multi-site approach enable Episcopal parishes to start new communities of faith? Multi-site structures, defines as one church in multiple locations, have strong biblical and ecclesiological support. Several examples can be found in Anglican history, and the canons fully support this approach. Five parishes were found to have implemented multi-sites in suburban contexts. Their experience was explored and documented as a qualitative multiple case study. Their multi-site approaches proved successful. The process of developing a strategy included forming a strategy development team from local area ministers as well as lay church members who work with college students. This team was involved throughout the process of exploration, planning, development, and the preliminary stage of implementation. The process of implementation in regard to this project was to present the developed strategy to the Directors of Missions from Autauga, Elmore, and Montgomery associations as well as the Director of the office of Collegiate and Student Ministries from the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions. The rejection of approval of this project by the Directors of Missions and the Director of the office of Collegiate and Student Ministries will not determine the success of the project. The goal of this project is to develop and present a strategy. The project director studies the worldview of the millennial generation in order to determine receptivity to varying approaches to personal evangelism. In addition, the project director researched the field of chronological Bible storying in order to identify essential themes relevant to personal evangelism training among millennials. He used that information to develop and conduct a workshop aimed at training the selected leaders in personal evangelism by using aspects of chronological Bible storying. The workshop addressed attitudes, experiences, and barriers regarding personal evangelism, the basics of the millennial worldview, the importance of Bible storying, essential themes of the Bible, and personal engagement skills. The students listening are the future leaders of America and other countries of the world. This thesis project develops a 'preaching workshop' for the new college ministers to give them confidence and skills to preach biblically on campus. Chapter two and three are the literature review and the biblical and theological background for the basis for preaching biblically to the university. Chapter four is a summary of the preaching workshop for new college ministers. Chapter five is the review of the workshop and suggestions for future improvements.
