The motivation for the project grew out of the realization that the Downtown Phoenix Church needed a framework to help them establish and build relationships with the growing gay community in the downtown area. I enlisted a group of older adults for an eight-session ministry experience who learned about missions, evangelism, prayerwalking, and Pima culture then served as missionaries thorugh an evangelistic event.
