Grounded in an action in ministry consisting of twelve guided conversations, this thesis explores the extent to which their experience of this phenomenon outside the gathered church influences how Anglicans relate to and participate in their congregation.  No distinction was discerned between their perceptions of power inside and outside the gathered church.
