The project was to change participant's assumptions about questions, to help them realize the importance of questions, and to develop skills in using questions. The purpose was to discern any change in their thinking about questions and in their use of questions. Participants in the eight-week study used material from Henry and Richard Blackaby's Spiritual leadership: moving people on to God's agenda. A pre and post study survey developed datas for comparison. The data indicated the participants' needs to cross generational lines to aid in their spiritual transformation.
