This project explored ways of revitalizing Repentance in the parish setting through a parish-wide education program. The project consisted of a sermon series, Sunday school family retreat and adult education opportunity. The study addresses the practice and psychology of confession.  It examines the therapeutic properties in conjunction and correspondence to the Greek Orthodox Church and to the entire Christian family.  It uses library research as its primary methodology.  However, other research is drawn from the author's personal and practical experience as a Greek Orthodox priest, from church services and rubrics and from oral tradition.
