Leader and couple manuals were developed.  Besides study and research, the director drew upon his own personal experience and knowledge of Hispanic culture.  The training was carried out through pre-retreat examinations and questionnaires, a three-day training and enrichment retreat, and follow-up evaluations. This study analyzed the interaction of Hispanic immigrant evangelical families with the Anglo culture, noting its diverse effect on children and parents.  Data was tabulated and analyzed, and recommendations were prepared for all parties involved in an effort to resolve their conflicts.
