The project director researched the field of spiritual leadership development as well as Scripture to identify fundamental spiritual leadership competencies. From this research, the project director developed curriculum for five one-hour sessions. A total of thirteen members attended the training sessions. The first session involved defining spiritual leadership and examining the fruit of the Spirit in relation to spiritual leaders. The remaining sessions involved discussing the fruit of the Spirit in categories: the foundational fruit, the emotional fruit, the determined fruit, and the attractive fruit. The focus of the teaching was more on the character of the leader than of the skills of a leader. The project goals were to research the field of spiritual leadership, develop curriculum on fundamental spiritual leadership competencies, and equip selected members in fundamental spiritual leadership competencies. Throughout this project, the project director increased his knowledge of fundamental spiritual leadership competencies and increased his skills in curriculum design."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["admin_set/default-default-approving","admin_set/default-default-depositing","admin_set/default-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5e492469-490e-44a3-90c1-17560a603bc2"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["kstamant@nobts.edu"],"_version_":1799719425103888384,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T02:49:52.459Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2024-01-30T20:29:00Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T02:44:40Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"7d0c2047-818d-412d-a1cc-a85edcdf7cda","accessControl_ssim":["629870a8-8576-422a-8689-32731529e5c7"],"depositor_ssim":["kstamant@nobts.edu"],"depositor_tesim":["kstamant@nobts.edu"],"title_tesim":["Developing a Leadership Pipeline Strategy for Church at the Oaks, Tuscaloosa, Alabama"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2024-01-30T20:28:59Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T01:49:24Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["24f6d5f9-0bbd-42b5-b344-576fb06bdaa2"],"hasLease_ssim":["09d356c5-8e61-4368-8afd-3a20c49e5005"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["DMin"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary"],"year_tesim":["2023"],"location_tesim":["Alabama"],"resource_type_tesim":["Abstract"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Latham, Robert Britton"],"subject_tesim":["Baptist Church","Leadership-Religious aspects"],"abstract_tesim":["The purpose of this project was to develop a leadership pipeline strategy for\r\nChurch at the Oaks in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
