The project utilizes 'logotherapy' and the understanding of the 'wilderness' wanderings of the Isrealite people and Jesus' own experiences in the wilderness to propose a framework for turning faith crises into faith transformations.  This project is intended to impact the training of seminary students and hospital chaplains. The project develops suicide prevention classes and techniques utilizing logotherapy techniques.  Stress-related anxiety and pressures of basic combat training are addressed.  Also included is a suicide prevention class developed and presented to the major commanders in an Army installation.
