The author conducted this 'political responsibility campaign' in his ministry of promoting peace and justice for the Diocese of Fort Worth. The project includes a number of ways to educate citizens regarding their political responsibilities and the critical social issues under debate in political campaigns. Based on Luther's understanding of 'the two Kingdoms', the project report discusses a person's responsibility as a steward of God's creation and the Christian's involvement in the church and the state.  A distinction is made between the management of the church as an institution and the management of ministry.
