The subjects are well-functioning middle-aged persons.  They narrate their entire journey of conversion.  Throughout the case studies, the holistic theory of Lewis Rambo and the normative theories of Donald Gelpi and Walter Conn are used to analyze the process of initial and ongoing conversion. Task force training occurred to develop and implement a simple marketing strategy.  The writer led the task force in marketing research, the writing of objectives and goals, and the formal writing of a marketing strategy. The task force implemented the plan over a six-month period. The project observed the effects of a shared stewardship of lay and professional preachers in one rural Baptist congregation.  The professional preacher developed a ten-week curriculum for the training of lay preachers who then participated in the pulpit ministry of the congregation.  The effects of that shared stewardship on themselves, the professional preacher and the congregation were observed through the use of personal journals, surveys and interviews.
