Theologically supported, the model used education, communication, and social psychology disciplines. Classes, discussions, and social activities over five months formed the model. Caucasian church members, ethnic adherents, and unchurched ethnics of the local community participated.  It was effective for increasing ethnic growth in the church. Increased cultural knowledge and understanding motivated Caucas to ethnic outreach. The project was designed to: encourage both partners to see decision-making on the basis of competency and shared agreement rather than on gender; see the financial management of the family as a shared responsibility; and build the couple's communication skills in order to enhance an equal companionship relationship. Based on the understanding that both male and female share equal dignity and value before God, the project was conducted with the presupposition that Nigerian Christian husbands can break through tradition to live happily as equal companions with their wives.  To accomplish the project objective, ten selected Nigerian marriage partners participated as an 'experimental group' in a marriage enrichment program. Twenty prospects from seven families were discovered in the door-to-door approach.  Ten prospects from four families were discovered in the bulk mail approach.  Nine prospects from four families were discovered in the telephone approach. Because Baptist missionary work started in Korea much later than other denominations, many of the Korean Southern Baptist church leaders come from non-Baptist evangelical backgrounds.  As a result, many of them are continuing practices of their old denomination under the name of Baptists.  These leaders need orientation and training to the Southern Baptist denomination.  The pastors and the church leaders who engaged in the project were trained and motivated to use the manual to increase their understanding of Southern Baptist distinctives, its programs in a local church, the denominational agencies and their missions. The project involved fourteen deacons during two six-week training sessions. The project produced fourteen new converts during the course of training.  The success of the project is attributed to the faithful and obedient leadership of key leaders who served as trainers.  The project has enhanced and expanded the evangelism ministry of the church. Volunteers received twelve hours of training and participated in three months of supervised ministry.  Those workers developed care strategies to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of assigned clients. It includes an enunciation of the theological and theoretical issues that impacted the project.  Objectives for the project are stated and evaluated.  The implementation resulted in a statistical increase in the number of members who filed a ministry menu in the office, who performed a ministry, and who became active transferring their ministry to others. Participants were pastors, therapists, and pastoral counselors who give spiritual guidance within the Protestant tradition.  James Fowler's faith development interview provided a pre-retreat picture of the participants.  The leader used a regimen of spiritual exercises designed to evoke a powerful sense of God's presence for them.  The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Pearson's Heroic Myth Index, and self-projective artwork gave participants ways to engage their personal unconscious material.
