The MBTI helped people discover their personality gifts. The results of the study indicate that how clients perceive the pastoral aspect of their counseling has bearing on how they experience satisfaction with their counseling. The conclusions of the study were that these pastors have a strong sense of call, have a strong relationship with their ecclesiastical body, and do their specialized ministry as a continuing incarnation of Christ.  These specialists do not decrease in pastoral identity while in specialized ministry.
