This research project states that a ministry study committee can define the major factors which influence ministry in the light of relocation.  The project uses Kurt Lewin's theory of change (unfreeze - float - refreeze) as a blueprint to guiding the research.  Demographic studies and a ministry attitude survey provide the data from which the conclusions are drawn. A theological examination of renewal and giftedness precedes a history of renewals since the Reformation.  The origin, structure and development of the Presbyterian Church follow. The purpose of this project is to discover the factors contributing to rapid Korean church growth through research questionnaires and personal interviews. Discovering factors are: there were no cultural problems and religious opposition in preaching the gospel, and political unrest made Korean people depend upon God.  The first mission policies were adapted well to the Korean church.  Korean Christians study the Bible earnestly, pray fervently, and evangelize without ceasing. The study used interviews, questionnaires and personal information to identify these factors.  The role of the Conference, the clergy and the members of the cluster were important considerations.  The views of the representatives and the churches they were from also were considered. There were a variety of interlocking factors present. The pastors were organized (by region) into groups of four to six men.  In each of five consecutive months, they read an assigned book (a different book each month) and then met to discuss it.  Their reading and discussion provided continuing education.  Their being together provided an opportunity for fellowship. At any time every church has an intangible aura. Primary components including heritage, past leadership, credibility in the community, pattern of mission, degree of resistance to change, plus other factors, need adjustment to them. Secondary components, alterable, also were reflected in forty-five statements designed, analyzing synergistic 'spirit'. Three churches' leaders responded to the statements on the Likert scale. Consensus was achieved by Delphi technique.  Goals for three months' improvement were set. This dissertation/project presents the Reformed Presbyterian tradition as a model by which it critically analyzes the electronic church.  Although the electronic church meets several of the criteria describing a church in the Reformed translation, it fails most often in two primary areas--sacramental and community.
