The research was done via questionnaires and a personal visit to each church by the author.  It revealed that there were growing Baptist churches in all four states.  Fifteen characteristics were readily acknowledged as significant in these churches and their growth. Affirming that relational behavior is learned and volitional, that teaching the behavior of agape is an essential goal in Christian education, and choosing a 'confluent' approach which blends the 'cognitive' and 'affective' dimensions of learning, an eight session course, 'It's About Love', is presented. The practicum had two objectives: to discern, through a detailed survey, the contextual factors governing the Christian witness of Korean-Americans; and to develop a method of evangelism which could communicate the gospel to those beyond the church.
